ABRA POLICY
The information collected upon registering on our site or place an order will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The information provided will be solely used to:
- Process transactions
- Improve our customer service
- Send periodic emails for promotion purposes
- Improve our website
All items / products in shop are presumed to be in stock and will be dispatched from our stores within 5 working days of your order. An email notification or mobile message will be sent to online paying customers informing when product will be delivered.
For any information (prices and delivery time) of other products displayed in the ABRA’s website, ABRA can be contacted through the CONTACT US FOR ANY ENQUIRES OR QUOTES section in the bottom of each product page. A rep[y will be sent within 24 hours.
Online orders can either be collected from ABRA Showroom in Attard or from ABRA stores in Balzan and Tarxien.

DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery charges are waived for purchases greater than €100. For Purchases lower than €100, a delivery flat rate fee of €10 will apply and charged on all products.
If an installation of a product is required (for desks and cabinets), the amount listed under “installation charges” will be added to the total price.
If the ordered product is not received within 7 days from the date of the dispatch notification email or delivered product is not what was ordered, please inform us immediately on info@abra.com.mt and we will check from our end. A replacement or a refund will be offered if Item did not reach you at the address provided with your order. Kindly refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further information.
RETURNS AN REFUND POLICY
Goods ordered according to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once order is accepted.
Orders from stock can be cancelled up to 3 days following order confirmation. A refund will be effected to the credit card used for payment. Cancellations are to be done by sending an email to abra.com.mt notifying of the product order to be cancelled.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be either repaired, replaced or refunded.
